Math Tech Night

The OCMC Math Tech Night (held annually in late October) is an opportunity for attendees to learn the latest strategies to use technology appropriately in Orange County math classes, including Google, spreadsheets, Desmos, and other math-specific applications. The registration cost of $20 ($10 for pre-service and Induction/BTSA teachers) includes dinner, a keynote presentation, technology-based breakout sessions, raffle prizes, and OCMC membership for the upcoming calendar year. Math educators and administrators from all grade levels are welcome.

Previous Math Tech Night keynote presenters have included John Stevens and Patricia Vandenburg (2019), Casio’s Mike Reiners (2018), Khan Academy’s Jason Hovey (2017), and Andrew Stadel (2015). Note: there was no Tech Night in 2016, as Chapman University’s Rachel Lambert gave a presentation at Chapman which replaced that year’s Tech Night.
