Hi folks!
Since Fall 2022, I have been a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at North Dakota State University, advised by Dr Jun Kong. I earned my Master of Science in Computer Science from NDSU in Spring 2024. My research focuses on human-computer interaction (HCI), group collaboration, augmented reality (AR), and brain-computer interfaces (BCI). Additionally, I serve as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute, where I develop AI-driven transportation applications.
My research aims to solve real-world problems in education, healthcare, rehabilitation, and cloud-based applications using augmented reality, nonverbal interaction, machine learning, deep learning, and computational intelligence. My work spans diverse areas, including AI-powered HCI, Group Collaboration, Cross-device Interaction, pervasive computing, BCI, and computational biology.
Alongside my research, I am passionate about teaching and mentoring. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at NDSU, I have taught and guided undergraduate students in Computer Science Problem Solving and Introduction to UNIX courses.
Looking ahead, I aspire to advance accessibility solutions for individuals with disabilities, digitalize education, and enhance cross-device interaction through AI-powered HCI and computational intelligence. I am committed to building an open-source research repository to support fellow researchers. Additionally, I aim to contribute to academia through teaching and mentorship while engaging in community-driven volunteer work.
