The mission: Our mission is to promote wrestling in the local community for kids and to have fun while teaching core values.

Respect: Speak to people with a calm voice, actively listen, and try and understand where they are coming from

Discipline: Doing what you need to do when you don't want to do it because it's the right thing to do

Practice times: Sundays from 10-11 am in the Salmon Creek Gym
Season runs from late November through the end of January (No practice December 25 or 31 due to the holidays)
Who can participate? Students in the community from grades 1-5.
How much does it cost? $110 per athlete, checks can made out to "Occidental Wrestling Club"
Occidental wrestling club is a sanctioned wrestling club under USA Wrestling and is licensed and insured. All coaches are background checked certified coaches.
Are there competitions? Yes but they are optional. There are about 2-3 local tournaments.
