OC3 team members are selected for their specialized expertise, guiding projects from concept to completion by bridging client needs with technical requirements, ensuring code compliance, managing budgets, and offering strategic advice on design, technology, and project direction, often mentoring junior team members and focusing on complex, niche areas like sustainability or large-scale enterprise solutions. They develop detailed plans, create technical drawings, manage stakeholders (clients, contractors, officials), and ensure projects align with firm vision and industry best practices.  Teams and their work are closely supervised by a licensed architect, and when required, licensed engineers are consulted for structural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing design.
