Amber joined The Team in 2021 with a primary focus of partnering with sellers to meet their goals. With over 18 years’ experience in the business, she quickly expanded her reach on the team to also service buyer and investor clients. She works tirelessly for all her clients (it’s routine to see her buried in a voluminous heap of papers, doggedly studying various statistics and analyses to derive the most beneficial decision).

Since joining the team, she has already assisted 40-plus families in successfully listing and selling their Outer Banks property and in this fast-paced market, that’s pretty remarkable!

Amber has lived and worked on the Outer Banks for 20 years. She has enmeshed herself within the community and its people, as well as in this unique real estate market. Her abilities are invaluable when assisting clients with their distinctive goals for selling in these unprecedented times.

Originally a Texan gal, our team relishes her ever-ready Southern charm, thoughtful gift giving and limitless Outer Banks spirit.
