Our association builds a steady stream of one-off campaigns or dedicated sponsorship for people in need focusing on supply of food, basic hygiene products, clothes and school material but also direct support for kids or adults living without shelter. Thanks for your interest and contribution to make our planet a better place.
Observa Si Ajuta was awarded a mini grant to run a project to promote our NGO. This project is financed through the In Stare de Bine program, supported by Kaufland Romania and implemented by Fundatia pentru Dezvoltarea Societatii Civile (FDSC).
We started our social work as a project back in 2019 which looked at the needs of people in Romania; especially, in dedicated areas like the former German settlements in the North/West of Romania but also in the main capital of Romania, Bucharest. We provided in a campaign-based style first help e.g. to the school in Carlibaba (donating hardware), to the feeding center of Romanian Orthodox Parish Timisoara / Iosefin (donating food) and to the Samusocial charity organization in Bucharest (donating clothes). During this time important insights and local bounds were made. In January 2020, we decided to further explore opportunities with the aim to build a steady stream of one-off campaigns or dedicated sponsorship.
Since October 2021, Observa Si Ajuta (OsA) is a charity association under the Romanian law. We hope that more good willing people join our efforts to have more helping hands, minds and an enriched funding source to help people in need.
