## 1. Overview
This Privacy Policy outlines how **Houne** ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game **Obby: +1 Web Swing Escape** (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user data in accordance with applicable laws, Google Play Developer Policies, COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and GDPR.
---
## 2. Information Collection and Storage
We do **not** require user account registration, and we do **not** collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as real names, physical addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or biometric data.
* **Game Progress & Local Data:** All achievements, trophies, unlocked platforms, speed levels, cups, and rebirth data are stored exclusively on your device's local storage (`localStorage`). This data is never sent to our servers.
* **Automated Non-Personal Technical Data:** Integrated third-party SDKs (such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob) may collect anonymous diagnostic information (device model, OS version, general region, crash reports) necessary for game performance and ad rendering.
---
## 3. Children's Privacy & Google Play Families Policy (COPPA Compliance)
Protecting children’s safety and privacy is our top priority:
* **Obby: +1 Web Swing Escape** is designed to provide family-friendly entertainment suitable for all ages.
* We do **not** knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union / United Kingdom).
* The advertising SDKs integrated into this App comply with the **Google Play Families Policy** and **COPPA**.
* In accordance with Google Play requirements for family audiences, ads served to younger audiences are non-personalized, contextual, and strictly filtered to ensure age-appropriate content.
* If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us immediately at **davinejouhane@gmail.com**, and we will promptly take steps to delete any such data.
---
## 4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App integrates trusted Google services to deliver advertisements and maintain app stability:
* **Google Play Services:** Used for app integrity and framework compatibility.
[Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
* **Google AdMob:** Used to serve adaptive banners, interstitials, and rewarded video ads.
[Google AdMob Policy & Terms](https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543)
* **Google User Messaging Platform (UMP):** Used to obtain consent for advertising identifiers in compliance with European GDPR regulations.
---
## 5. Voluntary Rewarded Video Ads
The App includes optional rewarded video advertisements. Watching a rewarded ad is completely voluntary and allows the player to claim bonus items (e.g. +3 Cups, +12 Cups, speed unlocks). No purchase or personal information is required.
---
## 6. Security
We value your trust. The App operates within standard Android OS sandboxing protections and enforces local HTTPS asset loading (`WebViewAssetLoader`). We do not maintain remote user databases, eliminating the risk of centralized data breaches.
---
## 7. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
* **GDPR (EEA & UK Users):** You have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal information held by third-party processors, and to manage your consent preferences at any time via the consent form.
* **CCPA (California Users):** We do not sell or rent personal information. You have the right to request disclosure and deletion of collected diagnostic categories.
---
## 8. Changes to This Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any modifications will be updated directly on this page with a revised effective date.
