Each registered team will receive the following goodies:

ELIGIBILITY

1. Open to participants aged 13 years and above. Participants aged between 13 and 16 years old must be accompanied by a participant who is 17 years old and above.

2. Each team should consist of a minimum of THREE (3) hunters and  a maximum of FOUR(4) hunters.

DATE & TIME

1. The closing date for the registration has extended to October 14, 2023.

2. The Treasure Hunt will be held on October 28, 2023, from 9 am to 1 pm at Piaaza, Pavilion Bukit Jalil. The winner announcement and answer presentation will follow at 3.30 pm on the same day.

3. Every team is obligated to participate in the entirety of the Treasure Hunt event, extending until the session dedicated to the presentation of answers and the announcement of the winners.

4. Hunt Briefing will be held virtually on October 25, 2023, Wednesday from 7.30pm to 8.30pm via Zoom Meeting. A meeting link will be promptly emailed to all registered participants for the briefing session.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Hunt for any reason. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organizer.

2. Participants are to note that the decision of the organizer in any matter pertaining to the HUNT is final.

3. The cash prizes for the winning team of the treasure hunt will be awarded promptly within 7 working days upon receiving the team's bank details.

4. No protest, claim or appeal will be entertained under any circumstances.

5. By participating in the event you consent to being photographed and/or to be included in the filming of imagery recording the event and/or to be included in sound recordings of the event.

6. Part of the event will be outdoor which will take place in varied weather conditions. You are expected to prepare yourself for the conditions of the day accordingly. The characteristics of structures may change in varying weather conditions.

INDEMNITY

We have read the Rules and Regulations issued for this event and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of our entry, we the undersigned, hereby agree to abide to the Rules and Regulations of OatKrunch Healthy Nation Happy Nation Hunt and to indemnify the main organizer Universal Robina Munchy's and event organiser Team Trailblazers Sdn. Bhd. and all other person or persons howsoever connected to or involved with the organisation or conduct of the HUNT and their respective servants or agents from all actions, claims, costs and damages in respect of death or injury to any of us; or death, injury or damage that may have been contributed to or caused by the negligence of the aforesaid bodies, their servants or agent. We further declare that all information given in this entry form is accurate.
