Note: This is a very large meet with hundreds of runners in each of the races, including the JH races which will be run after the HS races. 

Admission:  A digital $7.00 parking pass will be available at www.lebanonwarriors.com/tickets to gain access to campus. Spectators without a pre-sale pass can pay $10.00 cash per vehicle to enter campus. Allow extra time for travel given how large this Invitational will be and that you will likely encounter a delay entering the campus.

Timing & Results:  Timing will be done by FinishTiming and we will be using computer chips instead of racing bibs.

Timing: Electronic chip timing will be utilized for these races. Coaches and athletes will receive race chips, and instruction at check-in area on the day of race. $5 charge for lost/unreturned chips ($5 for each chip).

• 8:00 HS Varsity Girls Run 10, Score 5, Displace 7

• 8:35 HS Varsity Boys Run 10, Score 5, Displace 7

• 9:10 HS Open Girls

• 9:45 HS Open Boys

• 10:20 **KIDS FUN RUN (run on part of the XC course, it will be approx. 700 meters, hand timed, no registration, recommended for grades K-6)** 

• 10:30    HS Awards (for varsity races only) and Kids Fun Run Awards (top 3 finishers)

• 11:00    JH Varsity Girls Run 10, Score 5, Displace 7

• 11:25 JH Varsity Boys Run 12, Score 5, Displace 7

• 11:50    JH Open Girls

• 12:15 JH Open Boys

• 12:40    JH Awards (for varsity races only)

• 1:00 End of Event

Team Awards: 

Top 3 teams in HS Varsity races and Top 2 teams in Junior High races will receive a trophy during the awards ceremony.

Individual Awards:
Top 10 individual finishers in HS Varsity races and Junior High races will receive a specialty running shirt as an award during the awards ceremony.
