The N'siah leads weekly meetings and helps all of the other positions with their tasks. They make sure that everyone is doing what they should be doing, and are always available and in communication with board members and parents.
The S'ganit is in charge of creating the calendar each term, planning, figuring out logistics, and executing each event.
The Morah is in charge of recruiting new members and making them feel comfortable. This board position also includes teaching and maintaining Oakland and BBYO/BBG traditions.
The Yehudiah is in charge of incorporating Judaism whenever possible and planning Judaism centered events, as well as leading havdalah and shabbat services.
The Schlicha is in charge of our Stand Up Cause , incorporating community service and social action into the chapter, and planning all community service based events.
The Mazkirah sends out weekly emails to parents and members to keep everyone up to date and informed.
The Gizborit is in charge of creating and selling chapter merchandise, dealing with scholarships, and helping to fundraise for the chapter as well as our stand up cause.
The Safranit takes photos and runs our instagram account and other social media.
The Chai-Chanit is in charge of bringing snacks to our weekly meetings and posting on Facebook on people's birthdays.
The Madricha is not a position that one runs for but is instead a position given to anyone who was at one point in time president. They are guides for other members, and available to help in any ways that they can.
