NYVION Flash Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how NYVION Flash, developed by TTSUAL Studio, handles information when you use the application.
1. Information We Handle
NYVION Flash does not require users to create an account. TTSUAL Studio does not operate its own server-based user account database for NYVION Flash.
The app uses third-party Google services that may process certain information depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings. This may include device or app information, advertising identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostic information, and purchase-related information.
2. Camera and Media
NYVION Flash may request access to your device camera for camera-based features such as CAT/NIGHT tools.
Camera images are processed on the device for the requested feature. Media is saved to the device only when the user chooses to capture or save it.
TTSUAL Studio does not upload camera images to its own servers.
3. Advertising
The free version of NYVION Flash displays advertisements using Google Mobile Ads.
Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising-related information for purposes such as providing, measuring, limiting, securing, and, where permitted, personalizing advertisements.
Where required, advertising consent choices may be managed through Google's User Messaging Platform.
Users who purchase NYVION Flash PRO receive the ad-free experience offered by the application.
4. In-App Purchases
NYVION Flash offers a one-time PRO purchase through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google Play. TTSUAL Studio does not receive or store users' payment card or banking information.
The application may receive purchase-related information necessary to determine whether the PRO entitlement has been purchased.
5. Third-Party Services
NYVION Flash uses Google services including Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, and Google Play services.
These third-party services may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable user settings.
6. Data Sharing
TTSUAL Studio does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be processed by the third-party services described above when necessary to provide advertising, consent management, purchases, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related application functionality.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
NYVION Flash may store application preferences and settings locally on the user's device.
Users can remove locally stored application data by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application.
TTSUAL Studio does not maintain a separate user account database for NYVION Flash.
Data processed by third-party services is retained and deleted according to the policies and controls of those services.
8. Security
NYVION Flash is designed to minimize the amount of personal information handled directly by TTSUAL Studio.
Communications and data processing performed by integrated Google services use the security mechanisms provided by those services.
9. Children
NYVION Flash is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not specifically designed for children under 13.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when NYVION Flash, its services, or applicable requirements change.
