Kaitlin Oresky

Kaitlin Oresky is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Music with concentrations in Euphonium Performance and Wind Band Conducting at the University of Central Florida. She is a graduate teaching assistant for the UCF Bands program, aiding with many administrative aspects of the UCF Bands as well as instructing the Marching Knights. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Central Florida in 2019 and has been active as a marching band instructor, leadership clinician, and private teacher. Kaitlin has a strong background in the marching arts and is currently on the brass staff at Music City Drum and Bugle Corps. Kaitlin’s primary instructors include Benjamin Vasko, Luis Fred, and Claude Kashnig.

Kaitlin will give a presentation entitled "If You Can Sing It, You Can Play It: Text Interpretation and the Other Side of Bel Canto" and will perform in a joint solo euphonium recital.  Stay tuned for more information!
