Membership ensures that you receive all the benefits that NWMPA offers right from the beginning of the school year. Please take the following steps to become a member:

1) Fill out a membership application:

You can either:

a) fill out the online Google Form or

b) download the application. Downloaded applications should be sent to the Music Parents mailbox in the Niles West front office. Alternatively, they can be scanned and e-mailed to

2) Pay your membership fee:

You can either:

a) pay online using the Paypal "Add to Cart" or "Donate" button (below) or

b) send your check to the Music Parents mailbox in the front office. Please write your student's id#(s) on your check.
