I've been in education for the last 22 years, beginning my career as a middle school science teacher in central Arkansas. After finishing my master's degree in curriculum and instruction, I became the first science specialist at the Northwest Co-op. I transitioned out of that role into district leadership, overseeing science and instructional technology. After seven years in that position, I took a short break from education before returning to the Co-op as the Elementary STEM Specialist and my current role as K-12 Science Specialist. I have a passion for serving teachers and helping them educate students into their curiosities in science and STEM. In my spare time, I love running long distances on the Razorback Greenway, baking for others, spending time with family and friends, and serving in children's ministry.
