Our mission is to reduce microplastic pollution by driving scientific research & innovation and advocating for sustainable solutions. We aim to protect everyday citizens and wildlife to ensure a healthier world for future generations. Through this mission, we envision a world without microplastics, where all individuals are actively engaged in preserving the Earth's environmental health.
About our Organization
The Northern Virginia Microplastic Advocacy Association is a student-founded non-profit from South Lakes High School that combats microplastic pollution through scientific research, community education, and global advocacy. We present at international conferences, conduct cutting-edge research, and promote sustainable solutions to protect ecosystems and human health.
