Tip For logging in to the Volunteer portal!
If you repeatedly get “Looks like the site is temporarily unavailable” when attempting to login to the Volunteer Portal the portal helpline suggested doing the following:
Open a new tab in either Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari
Manually type: volunteers.aarp.org
DO NOT select a suggestion that may appear when you start to type
Also the moving security letters can be either upper or lowercase.
