Account Information: Mobile phone number/email address and password provided during registration and login, used for identity verification, account security, and cross-device synchronization of dietary records.
Nutrition Logging Information: Daily dietary content you create (e.g., food names, serving sizes), calorie records for fruits and vegetables, nutrient intake data (e.g., protein, vitamins, dietary fiber), and inserted food photos. This information is only used for storage, tracking, statistics, and generating nutrition reports, and not for other purposes.
Health Goal Information: Health goals you proactively set (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, daily calorie limit). This is only used to provide personalized nutrition reminders and progress feedback, and not for commercial analysis.
1.2 Information We Automatically Collect
Device and Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, unique identifier (not linked to personal identity), and App usage logs (e.g., frequency of using nutrition logging functions, error records). This information is anonymized and used to troubleshoot issues and optimize functions (e.g., improving food search speed).
Synchronization and Network Information: When "cross-device synchronization" or "automatic nutrition report generation" is enabled, we temporarily collect network status information (e.g., Wi-Fi/mobile data) to determine synchronization timing and report generation efficiency. This information is deleted immediately after the function is completed.
Location Information (Optional): We only collect location information with your explicit authorization when you proactively enable the "nearby food nutrition query" function. This is solely used to recommend nutrition data for nearby foods and is not stored separately or used for location tracking.
2. Rules for Using Information
Providing Core Services: Use your account information for login and synchronization; use your nutrition logging information for storage, statistics, and calorie calculation services; use your health goal information to generate personalized progress feedback.
Optimizing User Experience: Use device and usage information to fix bugs and optimize the interface (e.g., adjusting the layout of dietary logging forms) to ensure stable operation of the App.
Ensuring Security: Identify abnormal login/operations (e.g., login from an unrecognized device) through device information and send security alerts to protect your account and dietary data.
Compliance Requirements: Use or disclose information in accordance with legal procedures when required by laws, regulations, or judicial authorities to fulfill legal obligations.
Important Note: We will not sell or rent your information, use nutrition records for commercial advertising or unrelated analysis, or share your information with third parties without your authorization (except as required by laws and regulations).
3. Storage and Protection of Information
3.1 Storage Method and Duration
Storage Location: Account information and nutrition records are stored on encrypted cloud servers (or local devices, based on your settings). Cloud servers are deployed in compliant data centers.
Storage Duration: Account information is stored for the duration of your account’s existence; local nutrition records are deleted with your device operations, while cloud-stored records are completely deleted within 30 days after you delete them or cancel your account; anonymized data is cleaned up within 12 months of collection, and data used for troubleshooting is deleted immediately after the issue is resolved.
3.2 Security Measures
Passwords are stored using irreversible encryption algorithms; records are transmitted via the SSL/TLS protocol; cloud storage uses the AES-256 encryption standard to prevent unauthorized access.
Strict access controls are implemented for internal data access. All access activities are logged and audited regularly.
Real-time security monitoring is deployed to block abnormal risks; in the event of a security incident, we will notify you in accordance with regulations and take remedial measures.
4. Your Right to Control Information
Inquiry and Modification: Check or modify your mobile phone number and password in "Personal Center - Account Settings"; edit or delete dietary records and adjust health goals in "Nutrition Management".
Permission Management: Enable or disable permissions for location, camera (for taking food photos), and file access in "Settings - App Management - NutriLog" on your device; adjust synchronization frequency or disable automatic report generation in "Data Settings" within the App.
Export and Backup: Export nutrition records as PDF/Excel files for local storage in "Settings - Data Management", or enable the "Auto Backup" function (supporting local/encrypted cloud backup).
Account Cancellation: Apply for account cancellation in "Personal Center - Account Security". Before cancellation, please export important records—all information will be completely deleted within 30 days after cancellation and cannot be recovered.
5. Third-Party Services
This App only integrates essential third-party services:
Food Database Services: Obtain basic data (e.g., food calories, nutrients) from third-party food nutrition databases (such as the USDA Nutrition Database) to provide accurate nutrition calculations for you. Data usage complies with the rules of the third-party service.
Map Services (Optional): When using the "nearby food nutrition query" function, third-party map services are used to obtain location information. Information processing complies with the third-party’s policy, and location information is not shared with other entities.
We recommend reading the privacy policies of third-party services before use.
6. Protection of Minors’ Privacy
This App is intended for users with nutrition management needs. Minors must use it with the consent of a guardian, who shall be responsible for their information protection. We will not proactively collect additional health information from minors; if we discover minors using the App, we will delete relevant information at the guardian’s request.
7. Updates and Notifications for This Policy
We may revise this policy due to changes in laws and regulations or App function updates. Revised policies will be notified to you via pop-ups or announcements within the App. Continuing to use the App after the policy is updated means you agree to the revised content; if you have objections, you may stop using the App and cancel your account.
