Bu politika, Nut & Bolt uygulamasının (Android ve iOS) hangi verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
1. Hesap ve kimlik verisi
Oyunda hesap, giriş veya profil yoktur. Adınız, e-postanız, telefon numaranız gibi bilgiler istenmez ve toplanmaz.
2. Oyun verileri
Oyun ilerlemeniz (para, yükseltmeler, başarımlar, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bizim bir sunucumuz yoktur; bu veriler bize gönderilmez. "Kayıt Yedekleme" ile dışa aktardığınız metni yalnızca siz kontrol edersiniz. Uygulamayı silmek tüm oyun verilerini siler.
3. Reklamlar ve onay
Nut & Bolt, ücretsiz kalabilmek için Google AdMob (Google LLC) aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Reklamlar iki türdür: isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar (izlemeyi siz seçersiniz) ve zaman zaman gösterilen tam ekran reklamlar.
AdMob, reklamları göstermek, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için cihazınızdan şu verileri toplayabilir: cihaz reklam kimliği, yaklaşık konum (IP adresinden), cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri, çökme ve performans verileri. Biz bu verilere erişmeyiz ve bunları saklamayız.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de reklamlar gösterilmeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla izniniz istenir. İzin vermezseniz yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir. Seçiminizi oyunun Ayarlar > Yasal bölümündeki "Gizlilik seçenekleri" ile istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. ABD'nin ilgili eyaletlerinde kişisel verilerinizin reklam amacıyla paylaşılmasını aynı yerden reddedebilirsiniz.
iOS'ta sizi başka uygulama ve sitelerde izlemek için izin (App Tracking Transparency) istemeyiz ve izleme yapmayız.

4. Satın almalar
Oyunda isteğe bağlı gerçek parayla satın almalar vardır (elmas paketleri, reklamları kaldırma). Satın almalar yalnızca Google Play veya App Store tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
5. Kullanım istatistikleri (analiz)
Oyunu geliştirmek için Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) ile anonim kullanım istatistikleri toplanır: uygulama örneği kimliği, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve dil, yaklaşık konum (ülke/şehir, IP adresinden), oturum süresi, bölüm ilerlemesi, reklam gösterimleri ve satın alınan ürün. 6. Çocuklar
Nut & Bolt 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
7. Haklarınız
Oyun verileri cihazınızda olduğundan, uygulamayı silerek tümünü silebilirsiniz. Reklam verileri için Google'ın politikalarındaki haklar ve oyundaki "Gizlilik seçenekleri" geçerlidir.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama güncellemeleriyle duyurulur.

This policy explains what data the Nut & Bolt app (Android and iOS) processes and how.
1. Account and identity data
The game has no account, login or profile. We do not ask for or collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or similar information.
2. Game data
Your progress (money, upgrades, achievements, settings) is stored only on your device. We have no server of our own and this data is not sent to us. Text you export with "Save Backup" is controlled only by you. Deleting the app deletes all game data.
3. Ads and consent
Nut & Bolt shows ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC) so that it can stay free. There are two kinds: optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch them) and occasional full-screen ads.
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect the following from your device: the device advertising ID, approximate location (derived from the IP address), device and app information, ad interactions, and crash and performance data. We do not access or store this data.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is requested with Google's consent form before ads are shown. If you do not consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Legal > "Privacy options". In applicable US states you can opt out of the sharing of your personal data for advertising in the same place.
On iOS we do not ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Purchases
The game offers optional real-money purchases (gem packs, remove ads). Purchases are processed only by Google Play or the App Store; we never see or store your payment details.
5. Usage statistics (analytics)
To improve the game, anonymous usage statistics are collected with Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): an app instance ID, device model, operating system and language, approximate location (country/city, derived from the IP address), session length, level progress, ad impressions and purchased products. This data is not linked to your name or e-mail, is not used to track you across other apps and is not sold. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Children
Nut & Bolt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Your rights
Because game data stays on your device, you can delete all of it by deleting the app. For ad data, Google's policies and the in-game "Privacy options" apply.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; important changes are announced with app updates.
