ABOUT ME

I am an Administration and Operations professional with over 16 years of leadership experience across military and corporate environments, specializing in operations management, supply chain coordination, compliance monitoring, and project implementation.

Currently, I serve as General Manager – Administration & Operations at CW Resources Limited (Dimensions Group), where I oversee multi-sector operations across corporate, retail, and technology initiatives. My work includes leading projects such as Quality Monitoring Systems (QMS) deployment in RMG factories, automotive inventory systems for Audi Bangladesh, and EV infrastructure initiatives under Ehkon Charge.

I also manage coffee import, trade, and distribution operations for Comptoir Richard Bangladesh, coordinating supply chains, vendor partnerships, and outlet expansion initiatives.

Prior to my corporate career, I served 14 years in the Bangladesh Air Force, where I managed operations, logistics, and administration for large teams while ensuring operational readiness and compliance with structured protocols. During my service, I was awarded the Chief of Air Staff Commendation for operational leadership and performance.

Alongside my professional career, I have contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty in Environmental Economics and as a Research Assistant, conducting applied research using tools such as R and Stata with a focus on sustainability, environmental policy, and rural development.

I combine strategic planning, operational discipline, and analytical thinking to deliver structured and measurable results across complex organizational environments.
