Numix (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, and protected when you use the Numix mobile application.
Numix does not require users to create a traditional account and does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, or password in order to play.
However, Numix and the third-party services integrated into the app may automatically collect certain technical, gameplay, advertising, and usage information.
Numix uses Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous user identifier.
This identifier allows Numix to associate gameplay information and statistics with the same anonymous user without requiring traditional account registration.
The anonymous identifier may be used to support features such as gameplay statistics, synchronization, and future leaderboard functionality.
Numix may collect gameplay and app usage information, including:
Games started and completed
Successful and failed games
Scores and best scores
Gameplay duration
Hint usage
Undo usage
Coin activity
Game progress and statistics

We use this information to operate Numix, understand how the game is used, improve gameplay balance, develop new features, and improve the overall player experience.
Numix uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the app.

General engagement and performance information
We use this information for analytics, product improvement, gameplay optimization, and performance measurement.
Numix uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify, investigate, and resolve crashes and technical problems.

Application state at the time of a crash

Technical diagnostic information
This information is used to improve the stability, reliability, and performance of Numix.
Numix uses Firebase Cloud Firestore to store certain anonymous gameplay information associated with an anonymous Firebase identifier.

Best score
Gameplay statistics
Games played
Successful and failed games
Gameplay performance information
Selected game progress information
Leaderboard-related statistics
Numix does not currently require personally identifying profile information such as a real name or email address for these features.
Numix uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as:

Advertising identifiers
IP-derived information
Advertisement interactions
Device and app information
Information used for advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance
This information may be used to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable advertising requirements.
The availability and personalization of advertisements may depend on factors such as the user's location, device settings, consent choices, age-related requirements, and applicable law.
Information collected through Numix may be used to:

We take reasonable technical measures designed to protect information processed through Numix.
Communication with Firebase and other Google services generally uses encrypted network connections.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Anonymous gameplay information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Numix functionality, maintain gameplay statistics, improve the game, prevent abuse, and support future game features.
Third-party service providers such as Google may apply their own data retention policies.
Users may request deletion of gameplay information associated with their Numix anonymous identifier where the relevant information can be technically identified.

Because Numix currently uses anonymous accounts rather than traditional personal accounts, we may need the user's anonymous Numix identifier in order to locate the relevant gameplay data.
Uninstalling or resetting Numix may remove information stored locally on the device. However, this may not automatically delete information that has already been processed or stored through third-party services.
Numix is designed as a numbers and logic puzzle game primarily intended for teens and adults.
Numix does not knowingly request or collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying profile information from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete the information where appropriate.

The third-party services used by Numix may process information in countries other than the country in which a user resides.
Data protection and privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in the user's country.

Any updated version will be made available through the Privacy Policy link provided within Numix and/or its app store listing.
The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy will indicate when the latest version became effective.
