I am seeing issues where the potential problem is that the on hand quantity is in on warehouse bin but the serial number (in the Serial Number Maintenance screen) says it is in another warehouse bin. This appears to make it so that we cannot transact against a particular serial number that is in a different bin than the on hand quantity.

One cause that we saw was a user needs to move a serialized inventory item from one bin/whse to another.

Instead of a transfer they open the serial number in serial number maintenance and change the Warehouse and Bin on the SN record. The qty is still in the first bin, but the serial now shows in the new bin.

I filed an rma and found the serial number along the 24 pin connector, there was another letter number combo along the ram which didnt work when I filed the rma. I was told that I used the wrong serial number and I'm confused because there was no other letter number combo anywhere else on the board. They "fixed" the issue by using the correct serial number and told me this issue happens when people use the box serial number which I didnt do. If anyone can tell me where it is located it would be much appreciated and should I be worried that I won't be getting the board I sent in or that the issue I facing facing with the board will not be fixed?

NOTES: The sticker location might differ depending on your TV model. If you can't check the serial number sticker (e.g. your TV is wall-mounted), go to the next option: Check the Settings menu

For some projectors, it is possible to find the model name and serial number in the menu by following the steps below. This is especially helpful if the projector's model name and serial number label is unreadable or not accessible.

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a unique identification or serial number that your mobile device has. Use either of the following methods below to find your IMEI number.

The model and serial number are usually found on the back of the unit, as shown in the image below.

Model name (e.g. NWZ-W252, NW-E003F)Serial numberWaterproof WALKMANExamples of correct model names: NW-WS623, NW-WS413.

The serial number is located on the bottom plate of the car audio unit. It is not directly accessible, as shown in the pictures below. Should you need to know the serial number, it is advised to have the car audio unit removed from the car stereo slot by a specialised installer.

How do you position the text for the pin number and why? Do you size and position the text so that it fits inside the copper pad? Do you offset it to the side of the pad? Every method I try is extremely tedious, for example, picking the text size so it fits, and then offsetting it.

Pin number text is really only for your own reference. It's position does not matter, unless you want to include it on an assembly drawing. Usually the pin 1 indicator is sufficient on drawings. Trying to number all pins would clutter up the drawing too much, IMO.

On the outside of the box, you'll see a couple of barcodes. One of them is not printed on the box itself but on a sticker. It is the number above that. For a lens bought in 2018 it should begin with an 8, then two letters. If you already have photos taken with these lenses, the serial number can also be found in exif.

Hmm, just checked my receipts from Wex Photo Video here in the UK. No lens serial numbers printed on the receipt. I assume they have them recorded back at head office and are hopefully only an email or phone call away.

Yes, the serial numbers are on the boxes (as well as on the lenses themselves of course). Fortunately I haven't mislaid any of my lenses or had any stolen, but I was just curious when Vermont3133 wrote that authorized Fujifilm dealers include the serial numbers on receipts. I've bought Fujinon lenses from three authorized dealers here in England: Wex Photo Video, Park Cameras and Castle Cameras (my local shop). Of these three only Wex omit the S/N from the receipt.

You could always ask the retailer for receipts with serial numbers on them. Fuji may require receipts with serial numbers on them for repairs and if you claim cash back. If I claim tax exempt going overseas receipts must have a serial number

I assume this is the newer VR version of the lens...I went through this same ordeal! For some reason, Nikon decided to "hide" the serial number on this lens...it's not just you, Dave. Enjoy your new lens!

As a rule of thumb, for any Nikon AF lens with an aperture ring , the first place I would look for the serial number is on the aperture ring, 180 degrees off where the f5.6 marking is. That includes AF, AF-D, and AF-S lenses, with an aperture ring. Of course, there are exceptions. I just checked my 300mm/f2.8 AF-S, first generation from 1996. That lens has an aperture ring, but the serial number is on a metal plate on the barrel.

We have a few serial numbers on our devices. Box serial numbers, headset serial numbers, and controller serial numbers. The community responses above have been spot on. For physical locations please look below:

Hello complete newbe here. I have a 500 x 500 x carve and I am using easel . I would like to make a clock face and have no idea of how to index the numbers on the face. I get the 12,6,3,and 9 but do not see how to locate the other numbers correctly. Any way to dimension these with easel ?

Thanks Kenny

I am beginning to use Python for my scientific computing, and I am really liking it a lot, however I am confused by a feature of the matplotlib.pylab.legend function. In particular, the location feature allows one to specifiy the location of their legend using numbers, following this scheme:

Actually, they were deliberately mimicking matlab's behavior at the time. See the "obsolete location values" section in the documentation for MATLAB's legend: mathworks.com/help/techdoc/ref/legend.html

Homemade boats require an affidavit from the applicant as to the origin of the boat and proof of the materials used in the construction of the boat (i.e., invoices from marine and hardware dealers for parts, etc.). Homemade boats are required to be inspected and issued an hull identification number (HIN) by a TPWD game warden.

It is illegal to possess or intentionally sell, offer for sale, or purchase a vessel or an outboard motor with a hull identification number or serial number that has been altered, defaced, mutilated, or removed. To acquire registration or title for a vessel or outboard motor with a serial number that has been altered, defaced, mutilated or removed, a sworn statement must be filed with TPWD describing the vessel or outboard motor, providing proof of legal ownership, and stating the reason for the destruction, removal, alteration or defacement of the number. This statement must be accompanied by a fee of $25.00 and an inspection certificate from a game warden stating the vessel or outboard motor has been inspected. This section does not apply to USCG Documented vessels.

I just bought a 2007 DRZ400S to learn to ride. It is in very nice condition with 3960 miles. I'm filling out the paperwork to get it titled in Kentucky and they are asking for the motor number. Where is it located? I don't see a plate on the motor but did see a number etched in on the right side. Is that it? An example of the number would help too probably. I found the VIN plate so I could verify it just need the motor number to finish up. 2351a5e196
