Definitions

• • Sequence --> An ordered list of numbers

  • Term --> Each number in the list

  • Arithmetic Sequence --> A sequence of numbers in which the difference between any two consecutive numbers is the same

  • Common Difference --> The difference between the two consecutive numbers

  • Geometric Sequence --> Sequences in which each term after the first is found by multiplying the previous term by the same number
