7.6.1 Percent of a Number

Method 2 is what I normally use because it is much easier to use. Turning a percentage into a decimal is simple.  I've put down a chart to give you an idea of how it works. 

To put it simply, you can either put a decimal at the end and move it to the left two places. 

OR 

If it has a decimal, then just move it two places to the left.
