• • Inverse Operation -->  An undoing of an operation, Doing the opposite of what you're given in the equation

  • Subtraction Property of Equality -->  When you solve an equation by subtracting the same number from each side of the equation

We will primarily be focused on Method 2, the use of symbols to solve our equations.
