Privacy Policy for Nuka's Steam Activity Feed Debloater

Last updated: October 6, 2026

What the extension does

This extension lets you manually unload Steam Community activity posts you have already scrolled past.

It accesses activity-feed elements on the currently open page, checks their position and size, and removes eligible elements when you request a cleanup. This happens locally in your browser.

Data collection and sharing

The extension does not collect, save, or transmit the contents of posts, comments, profiles, or messages.

It does not collect passwords, cookies, browsing history, or personal identifiers. No Steam page content is sent to the developer or third parties.

The extension does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or remote executable code.

Temporary state

The extension keeps temporary information needed for its controls and page layout in memory while the page is open. This information is not saved to persistent storage by the extension.

Unloading posts only changes the current page view. It does not delete posts from Steam or modify your account.

External links

If you choose to open an optional support link, such as a Steam wishlist or trade-offer page, that website's own privacy policy applies. Opening these links is not required to use the extension.

Limited use

Any access to website elements is used only to provide the extension's described feed-cleanup functionality, in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
