個人的於2018年初進入台灣科技大學工業4.0實作中心,擔任教職至今。主要的工作為中心工廠的管理、教學和研究計畫執行。教學部分主要是物聯網及智慧製造相關的領域,共開設四門研究所課程。2023初改聘於產業創新學院智慧製造科技研究所,教學和研究工作的比重增加。教學的部分,上、下學期各二門EMI課程, 研究工作的部分,截至目前共計發表期刊論文5篇,研討會論文11篇,以及專利乙項,並指導碩士班學生二位完成論文。科技部、教育部的研究計畫,擔任計畫主持人有二項,共同計劃主持人有二項,並參與工業4.0中心多項研究計畫。
Before engaging in education, my career is primarily in the industrial automation fields, corresponding to traditional and electronics manufacturing industries for decades. I started work with the Industry 4.0 Implementation Center of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology as a project assistant professor in Mar 2018.
The responsibility of my position is managing the workshop of the center, teaching graduate courses, and conducting interdisciplinary research. The teaching courses include "Industrial Internet of Things Technology and Applications," "Cloud and Fog Computing in the Internet of Things Applications," and "Fundamental of Self-Driving Cars." Last year (2021), I joined the 5G Network Instructor cultivation program hosted by the Institute for Information Industry. I also completed the 5G End-to-End Network Foundation course provided by Nokia Corp and received a certificate in the program.
This year(2022), I started teaching the 5G network foundation in the Department of Electrical Engineering, complementing the Internet of Things course with a specialization in communications. Recent research focuses on 5G-digital-twin intelligent manufacturing, including machining stationery, assembling robot arms, autonomous mobile robots, and indoor positioning.

個人教學目標、宗旨
智慧製造科技研究所是為完成大學部課程學生所規劃的"跨領域的智慧製造"而設計的研究所課程,不同於一般傳統的電子、電機、機械、資訊、管理等科系的碩、博士班,智造所就是以智慧製造為學習的核心,內容以跨領域學習、探索新興技術的應用為學生學習的方向。創新是畢業生在實際產業的競爭力所在,畢業初期的就業定位在企業高階技術幕僚的相關工作,以協助公司訂立、整合、執行智慧製造的相關計畫,推動智慧製造技術,邁向產業昇級提高核心競爭力的目標。
