Online 2020 NTU-Kyoto

high energy physics workshop

2-4 Dec 2020, Online, co-hosted by National Taiwan University and Kyoto University

The aim of this workshop is to discuss the latest results of field theory and string theory brought by researchers working on profound problems in these subjects from various perspectives. Topics we are interested in include: scattering amplitudes, integrability, holographic duality, gravity and black holes, quantum computing.

This workshop will be held as a part of research cooperation between Kyoto University and National Taiwan University (NTU). In addition, it also aims to promote scientific exchanges between academic institutions in Asia, including Kyoto University, National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS), NTU, Southeast University, and Tsinghua University.

Speakers Include

Masazumi Honda (YITP, Kyoto)

Hikaru Kawai (Kyoto)

Ryo Suzuki (Shing-Tung Yau Institute, Southeast University)
