An intensive month
This is an intensive research program in harmonic analysis spanning four weeks, from May 18 to June 11, 2026. There will be a school in the first three weeks at the campus of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (venues: department of Mathematics and ICMAT). The school will mainly consist in advanced courses mainly targeted to graduate students. Classes will take place in the morning, with time for discussion and talks delivered by the participants in the afternoon.
During the fourth week of the program, a conference will take place in La Cristalera, a UAM-owned conference center in Miraflores de la Sierra, located in a beautiful sopt in the mountains near Madrid. The conference will be four days long, with arrival on Sunday, June 7 and departure on Thursday, June 11. All participants of the conference will be staying at the venue.
Prospective participants must register in the links below. There is some funding for graduate students that will mainly cover local expenses.
Applications will remain open until all the spots are filled. Decisions on admission and funding will be made by the organizers and communicated to participants before March 1. Registration fees are listed in the forms below and instructions for payment will be communicated after admission. The registration fee for the conference includes transportation from Madrid, lodging and full board.
