General Scholarship for attendees ages 25+
A limited number of travel scholarships are available for members and employees of federally recognized Tribes. Funds may be applied towards transportation, airfare, and per diem lodging and meals.
Awardees will be announced individually via email after July 11th, with a potential for second round of awardees depending on registration/funding.
Applicants are still responsible for paying the full $250 registration fee.
Applicants must pay for all expenses out of pocket, up front (including registration, transportation, lodging and per diem meals etc.). You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements including flight, hotel etc.
Selected awardees have 10 business days from the end of conference to submit a Vendor Claim Form (updated form will be sent), and applicable receipts. These documents and further instructions will be communicated directly to the individual awardees.
If travel falls outside of approved conference dates, a mock itinerary is also required.
30-45 days after Vendor Claim Form and Receipts are received, awardees should receive a check for a lump sum amount to be used towards their conference expenses.

Additional requirements apply for this scholarship. These include, but are not limited to the following:
Participating as a witness to the conference which involves:
Attending conference sessions and supplying a testimonial as part of a recap conversation on Thursday’s Young Leader’s Reflections session
Documenting conference via social media and engaging digitally
Awardees will be announced individually via email after July 11th.
Applicants are responsible for paying a discounted $50 registration fee.
This scholarship is generously funded by NDN Collective and travel arrangements will be organized with their team.
