The main research is to use the Ti layer as a buffer layer to decompose methane gas with plasma using the PAT-CVD technique, to grow high-quality large-area graphene and to industrialize it. In addition, we are conducting research on various application fields such as flexible devices and electromagnetic wave shielding using graphene. We are also working on functional thin films. For example, electromagnetic shielding, antibacterial film, etc. Lastly, we are also conducting research on solar devices using MAPbI3.
