藝璉生長於高雄前鎮，民國96年負笈北上讀書，離鄉16年，民國112年返鄉生活及進修。國立中央大學中文系、法政所碩士班畢業，現為本校教育研究所博士班學生。曾於公務機關及民間公司工作，目前服務於高雄市立大寮國中(國文科鐘點代課教師)。正修習中等教育學程(公民與社會科)，未來有志持續從事教育工作。在青年事務與學生權益方面，曾擔任教育部青年諮詢會國民教育組委員，未來亦將長期關心本市青年發展及學生權益相關議題。

中山在高雄是學術、社會發展的領航者，地位重要。藝璉離鄉16年才與中山大學結緣，非常珍惜、感恩，既希望學習與進修知識，也能透過公共事務參與，使學問與生活持續產生連結，活學、活用一切知識。我關心中山大學，也希望能透過關注議題、提出建議，參與校務，為中山大學躋身卓越，付出一份心力。
