He's participated in multiple choirs and smaller state dramas. This musical will be his last stage performance in the area before leaving for college.
Roewren Williamson (Assistant Stage Manager) will be starting their Junior year in the Theater shop class at Sussex County Tech. He has been in three SCTS shows so far; Freaky Friday and Curtains where he was the Assistant Stage Manager, and One Stoplight Town where he was the stoplight operator. Roewren is unbelievably proud of every member of the cast and crew, as they have all put a tremendous amount of effort into the show!
This is Forest's third production at North Star Theatre Company. Some of her favorite roles include Carmen Bernstein in Curtains, Bob in One Stoplight Town, & understudying as Lurch in The Addams Family! Forest is so excited to play Chutney in the Bruiser Cast! She wants to give a special thank you to her family for always supporting her and driving her to rehearsals.
Jodi is thrilled to be back with North Star working on publicity, social media and photography. She serves as the secretary for the advisory board and has been with North Star since the first production of A Midsummer Night's Dream in 2019. Jodi has worked professionally as a music teacher and choir director for over twenty years, but her greatest joy is directing children in theatrical productions. She was honored to be the music director for North Star's recent production of Jungle Book Kids and last year's Seussical Junior. She lives in Andover with her box office manager husband, Karl and is excited to see her daughter, Eliza, on the stage as Paulette in Legally Blonde. When she isn't working on North Star's website and social media, she can be found traveling with her family or visiting her son, Zach, in Orlando. Enjoy the show!
Kim is so excited to make her North Star Theatre producer debut. She was previously seen on North Star's stage as Georgie in The Full Monty. In her past life she was a professional actress performing on Broadway, National and Europeoan Tours, and regionally throughout the US but now she is a hairstylist for Film and TV.
Apple Ruth Ginsburg (Bruiser Woods) is pleased to be making her debut performance in Legally Blonde,The Musical. She already has many friends in the North Star constellation who have a group chat called“Apple Juice” in her honor. Apple likes to be held and pet and lay in the sun – so this role has come very naturally to her. Many thanks to my Mommy, the director, for giving me this opportunity.
Matilda “Tilly” Smith (Rufus) is not pleased to be making her debut performance in Legally Blonde, TheMusical. In fact, even as this program goes into print, we are not sure if she will be performing. Being a bulldog, Tilly prefers not to be told what to do. She loves her cast very much and loves lots of love and pets, but walking across the stage is really just too taxing. Tilly would like to tell her mother, the director, to cast someone else. Only because she is so photogenic is her performance still a possibility.
