NSK Construction & Interiors ("NSK", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the NSK app and website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
## Information we collect
- Contact form: when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the subject you choose and your message.
- Client accounts: when your project starts, our team creates an account for you with your name, email address and phone number. You set your own password; we never see it.
- Project choices: the finishes, colours and items you select in your project catalogues, and any notes you add to them.
- Notifications: if you allow notifications, your device gives us a push token so we can send you updates about your project. The token is stored with your account.
- Preferences: your language and light/dark mode choices are saved on your device only.
We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, and the app does not use advertising or analytics tracking.
## How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To manage your project and keep you updated on its stages, rooms and selections.
- To send notifications about your project. You can turn them off at any time from your device settings.
- To keep the service secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
## Who we share it with
Our app and website run on Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage, cloud functions and push notifications). Google processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
## How long we keep it
- Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and follow up on it.
- Client account data is kept while your account is active.
- Project records (stages, rooms and approved selections) belong to the project and are kept by NSK as part of our work records.
## Deleting your account
Clients can delete their account at any time from the app: open the menu and tap "Delete account" (on the website it is at the bottom of My Projects). This permanently deletes your login, your profile, your push tokens and your notifications, and removes you from your projects. You can also ask us to delete your data by email or phone.
## Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask any question about how we use it, using the contact details below. We will reply within a reasonable time.
## Security
Your data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Firebase. Access is restricted by security rules: clients can only see their own projects, and only NSK administrators can see contact messages.
## Children
Our app and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available in the app and on our website, with the date it was last updated.
