Captain Mark A. Ryan
In September 2022, Captain Mark Ryan of the Swampscott Fire Department/SFD (MA) had passed away due to job related cancer. Captain Ryan was well known within the Swampscott Community and a beloved member of the SFD. During this difficult time the SFD had contacted our team to document and photograph the funeral services for the SFD held on 9/17/22.
NSFEP had never photographed a funeral service before, and was thankful for the opportunity. Our team worked directly with the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts/PFFM to discuss and photograph the service.
The service was held at Saint John the Evangelist Church in Swampscott, a total of 43 photos were published to our social media; including a tribute video located at the bottom of this page. The SFD was thankful for our services and our team was grateful for the opportunity. We would like to wish our condolences to the Ryan Family and the SFD.
