The history of NSEA is an important document for all teachers to read, no matter how long you have taught.  It is a reminder of how far we have come in improving our daily working environment as well as the educational climate in our district.   As you read this document take note of the hard work and sacrifices by the early union members.  It is only with vigilance and committment by our current members that we will continue to keep our union strong!
