Nanoscale DEVICES LABORATORY

Welcome TO THE NANOSCALE DEVICES LABORATORY HOMEPAGe

We are an experimental research group in the Department of Instrumentation and Applied Physics at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Our research focuses on developing the necessary tools and techniques to understand and explore electronic phenomena in low dimensional heterostructures. The broad research scope encompasses state-of-the-art nanofabrication and low temperature electron transport techniques to investigate novel electronic states in quantum materials.
