1. Introduction
Welcome to NScore (the "Application"), provided by Noahyra. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the Application. The Application is designed to help users track scores for board games.
2. Information We Collect
We do not directly collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from users of the Application beyond what is necessary for the core functionality as described below and what is collected by third-party services.
The Application allows you to input:
Names for game templates (e.g., "Chess Scores," "Family Game Night")
Names for players (e.g., "John," "Player 1")
Text or image identifiers for scoring objectives (e.g., "Points for castles," icon for "Victory Points")
This data is stored locally on your device and is used solely for the Application's functionality.
We use third-party services that may collect information as described below:
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements within the Application, unless the option to remove them is purchased. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google. Google may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) or other data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. We have configured AdMob to comply with Google Play policies. Google AdMob's data collection and use are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and related advertising policies. Google Play Billing (for "Remove Ads" feature): If you choose to purchase the option to remove advertisements, the transaction is processed directly by Google through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect or store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers. We only receive purchase confirmation and an order ID from Google to enable the ad-free functionality within the Application and to manage your purchase. Google Play's handling of your payment information is governed by the Google Play Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected by third parties or entered by you is used for the following purposes:
User-Entered Data (Game Templates, Player Names, Objectives): To provide the core functionality of the Application, allowing you to create, save, load, and use score-tracking templates. This data is stored locally on your device.
AdMob: To display relevant advertisements and measure their performance.
Google Play Billing: To securely process the optional purchase for ad removal and manage your ad-free status.
4. Local Storage (Application Data & Preferences)
The Application utilizes local storage on your device (such as internal app storage, potentially using Room database and/or DataStore Preferences) to save:
Your created score templates (including game names, player names, and objectives).
Your preference regarding whether you have purchased the ad removal option.
This information remains solely on your device unless you explicitly use the "Export Data" feature. The Application does not automatically transmit this data to us or any other third parties.
5. Data Export and Import
The Application offers features to:
Export Data: You can choose to export your created templates to a JSON file. This file will be saved to a location you choose on your device or shared via standard Android sharing mechanisms. You are responsible for the security of this exported file once it leaves the Application's local storage.
Import Data: You can import templates from a JSON file.
6. Links to External Sites ("Más Diversión" / "More Fun")
The Application contains a button or link ("Más Diversión" / "More Fun") that links to an external website (such as https://noahyra.webflow.io/ or its regional variants based on device language). By clicking this button, you will leave the Application and be directed to this external website. That website operates independently and has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the external website before interacting with it or providing any information.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13 (or an_not_er applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under this age without parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

Advertisements shown via AdMob are intended to comply with Google Play's families content policies, but we recommend parental guidance.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the Application. Data you enter (templates, player names, objectives) is stored locally on your device. The security of data exported by you is your responsibility. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect any information handled by third-party services like AdMob and Google Play Billing, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored data (templates, player names, objectives) remains on your device as long as the Application is installed or until you manually delete templates within the Application or clear the Application's data through your device settings. If you uninstall the Application, this locally stored data will typically be removed from your device.

10. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. For data stored locally by NScore, you can manage (edit, delete) your templates directly within the Application. For data handled by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policies and tools.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, or within the Application, and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
