What is the School Auction?

A fun-filled night filled with dinner, drinks and laughs, You will also have a chance to bid on a host of future parties, Teacher Experiences, and 10-15 Live Auction items. New this year will be a delicious dessert auction, where each table pools money together for a chance to pick first!

When is the Auction?

Mark your calendar and call the babysitter! This year’s Auction will be on Friday, March 22nd from 6-11pm.

Where is the Auction?

Come spend “A Night in Tuscany” at the beautiful Domenico Winery located at 1697 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA 94070.

Who can attend the Auction?

Everyone! All parents, teachers, and staff of North Star Academy are invited to celebrate an evening out in support of our amazing school!

What is the dress code for this year's auction?

The suggested dress code is cocktail attire. For the ladies, it can be as simple as the universal little black dress and some heels, tailored dress pants and fancy blouse, or your favorite knee-length floral dress that celebrates spring. Add some fun accessories and you are ready to roll! For the men, a button down shirt, trousers & blazer, with or without a tie is perfect. If you just can't leave home without that fun bow tie, then don't! It doesn't have to be complicated - have fun with it, and come ready to celebrate our amazing kids!

When will tickets be available?

North Star Academy auction tickets will go on sale starting February 7 for $85 per ticket. However, if you get your tickets before February 22, there is a $10 discount per ticket for early bird pricing! Tickets always sellout, so make sure you purchase yours before March 15, if they aren’t all gone sooner!!

What if we want to support the school but can’t attend the Auction?

This year, the Silent Auction will be available online for the week leading up to the Auction - March 18 - 22!

What are the auction items?

Each year, we offer a variety of amazing products/activities including Teacher Experiences, a Silent Auction, Parties, and a Live Auction.

Where do the auction items come from?

The Procurement Team is working hard to solicit donations from local businesses and vendors near and far. We are always looking for more items! If you would like to help or have an item/experience, please contact Leslie Stafford (Lrs0422@yahoo.com). You can also use the Letter of Procurement to give to your favorite restaurant/spa/stylist/activity too!

Can I donate an item?

Yes! Your generosity helps to make the Auction a special event. If you have sports tickets, theater subscriptions, hotel points, a basket of goodies, a great idea for a party but not a good house for one OR a good house for party but no ideas for a party, or a great idea and house/place for a party, please reach out to the Procurement Team at nsaauctiondonations@gmail.com and we’ll work with you!

Can I help with the auction?
