About me:  I am Dr. Naveen Saini, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology (IT) at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad. Prior to this, I held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at IIIT Lucknow. I have also worked as an Assistant Professor at Endicott College of International Studies, Woosong University, and as a researcher at the 4IR Applied Research Center. I completed my postdoctoral research at Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France, in collaboration with the IRIT (Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse). During this period, I had the privilege of working with Prof. Antoine Doucet and Dr. Jose Moreno. I earned my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IITP), under the guidance of Dr. Sriparna Saha and Prof. Pushpak Bhattacharya. My current research interests lie in the development of unsupervised algorithms for text clustering, automatic summarization systems, scholarly data mining, and information retrieval using machine learning. I also work on multi-objective optimization and evolutionary algorithms.
