Role: Enemy AI Programmer
About my work: I implemented and continuously revised the enemy AI and behavior of the Wasp enemies. Enemy behavior is determined by a state machine system with several unique states that changes enemy behavior based on environmental factors. Work includes:
- Implementing and updating a state machine system
- Program responsive AI behavior
- Utilize Unity's Navigation Mesh to move NPCs
- Add, update, and refine behaviors according to feedback from designers and playtesters
