Sponsorship Details

What does the $500 sponsorship include?

Your sponsorship includes:

• One professionally produced, full-color 3-foot × 5-foot banner

• Design assistance, if needed

• Banner production and installation

• Display for one full year

Where will the banner be displayed?

The banner will be displayed on the fence adjacent to the NPHS gymnasium, in a visible area frequented by students, families, athletic teams, and school visitors.

How long will the banner be displayed?

Banners will be typically be displayed from September 1, through August 31 thought some banner sponsorships may begin and end on a different schedule depending upon when the sponsorship starts.

What does my sponsorship support?

Banner sponsorships help fund NPHS Girls’ Basketball program expenses, including uniforms, gear, tournament fees, coaching pay, travel, and other team needs.

When is the sponsorship commitment due?

Ideally we ask that sponsorship commitments are made in early August to ensure we can produce and install your banner in time for the beginning of the fall semester but we will always accept sponsorships later in the school year.

Banner Design and Artwork

Who designs the banner?

You may provide a finished banner design, or the Booster Club can create a design for you using an approved standard template at no additional charge.

How do I submit artwork?

Email high-quality digital artwork to girlsbasketballnphs@gmail.com. Files may also be shared with that address through Google Drive.

Will I approve the design before it is printed?

Yes. We will send the final proof to the banner approval contact listed on your sponsorship form. Your banner will not be ordered until the design has been approved.

Installation and Tax Information

Will I know when the banner has been installed?

Yes. We will contact you after installation and send you a photograph of the completed banner for your records.

Is the Booster Club tax-exempt?

Yes. The NPHS Girls’ Basketball Booster Club is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Ask the club president or treasurer for the EIN for your records.
