Noxoro Image Compressor ("we", "us", "our") provides an image compression app for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Developer: Noxoro
1. What the app does
Noxoro Image Compressor lets you compress images on your Android device. Core image compression and most image editing actions happen locally on your device.
Your selected photos are not uploaded to Noxoro's own servers for compression.
2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories of information:
A. Photos and image files you choose
The app reads images you select in order to compress, edit, save, or share them.
This processing happens on your device.
B. Image metadata
If you enable metadata preservation, the app may read and preserve metadata such as date, camera details, and, where available and permitted by Android, location metadata.
If you save or share an output image with metadata preserved, that metadata may remain embedded in the saved/shared file.
C. App settings and local app data
The app stores settings on your device, such as:
theme and language preferences
onboarding state
premium status cache
watermark settings
metadata preference
review prompt state
history and local temporary/output references
This information is stored locally on your device.
D. Analytics and diagnostics
If enabled, the app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect app usage and diagnostics information, such as:
app version
device model
Android version
general app events
feature usage
crash logs
performance/stability information
E. Advertising and monetization data
The app uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
AdMob and related Google services may process information such as:
Advertising ID
device/app identifiers
approximate location derived by Google
ad interaction data
diagnostic and performance information
When the app's "Send anonymous usage data" setting is turned off, the app requests non-personalized ads where supported.
F. Purchase information
If you buy Premium, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
The app may process purchase status, entitlement status, product details, and restore-purchase results to unlock Premium features.
G. Feedback you choose to send
If you submit in-app feedback, the app may send data to Firebase Firestore such as:
rating
feedback text
app version
device model
Android API version
locale
lifetime compression count
timestamp
H. Remote configuration and review flow
The app uses Firebase Remote Config for update/feature/monetization control and may use Google Play In-App Review APIs for rating prompts.
3. What we do not upload for compression
We do not upload your selected photos to Noxoro's own servers for image compression.
Please note:
if you choose to share an image, that share action is performed by you through Android share targets
if you preserve metadata, saved/shared output files may still contain metadata such as date, camera details, and possibly location data
4. How we use information
We use information to:
provide image compression, editing, saving, and sharing features
preserve metadata when you enable that option
apply watermarks when you enable that option
unlock Premium or rewarded features
serve ads and rewarded unlock flows
measure app performance and fix crashes
improve features and stability
process feedback you submit
show update prompts and control feature availability
5. Legal basis and consent
Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent for analytics, diagnostics, and related processing.
For users in certain regions, the app may show a consent choice before enabling analytics collection.
You can also change certain privacy-related choices later in the app settings.
6. Ads
The app displays ads unless Premium or other app logic removes them.
These may include:
banner ads
interstitial ads
rewarded ads
Rewarded ads may be used to unlock certain features temporarily or per session/job.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob and related Google services, which may process personal data under their own policies.

Google Play services

8. Permissions
Depending on Android version and features used, the app may request or use access related to:
photos/images or storage access
media location access for original location metadata handling
Advertising ID
network/internet access through integrated Google services
The app does not request your contacts, SMS, microphone, or call logs for its core functionality.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or make information available to service providers only as needed to run app features, such as:
Google Firebase services

If you choose to share an output image, that shared file is sent to the app/service you choose through Android's sharing system.
10. Data retention
