This agreement governs the use of " Now Cleaner: AI Photo Cleaner" (hereafter "the Software"), a complimentary mobile solution developed by TOPFX PTE. LTD ("the Developer").
Acceptance of Terms
Installation or operation of the Software constitutes acceptance of these provisions. Users are strongly encouraged to review this agreement thoroughly. Prohibited actions include:
Unauthorized duplication or alteration of the Software
Reverse engineering or source code extraction
Creation of derivative works or cross-language adaptations
All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, and database protections) remain exclusively with the Developer.
Service Provisions
Modification Rights: The Developer reserves exclusive authority to:
Implement functional modifications
Transition to paid service models (with prior notification)
Data Security: Users assume full responsibility for:
Device security maintenance
Preventing unauthorized OS modifications (e.g., jailbreaking/rooting)
Data transmission risks through compromised devices
Third-Party Services
The Software incorporates external components governed by their respective agreements:
Connectivity & Usage
• Network-dependent features require stable internet access (Wi-Fi/cellular)
• Cellular data usage may incur carrier charges - users bear full financial responsibility
• Power management remains user's obligation
Limitations of Liability
The Developer explicitly disclaims responsibility for:
Service interruptions caused by connectivity issues
Functional limitations from outdated software versions
Indirect damages from application reliance
Content accuracy dependent on third-party data sources
Updates & Termination
Version Management:
Users must install updates to maintain functionality
Compatibility with future OS versions not guaranteed
Service Discontinuation:
May occur without prior notice
Termination voids all usage rights (mandatory deletion required)
Agreement Modifications
Periodic revisions may occur. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amended terms. Users should monitor this page for updates.
