Support Surf Eye in establishing a robust marketing strategy and executing various marketing initiatives.
Surf Eye developed an AI-supported camera that is placed at beaches and tracks surfers, allowing it to record every wave in a designated area over a set time frame. Surfers can then access and download their videos from Surf Eye’s Website and book online coaching sessions to improve their surf skills.

The team of three consultants provided valuable assistance to Surf Eye through various phases. In the initial four-week phase, they supported the founder by evaluating marketing opportunities at NOVA university. In the subsequent six-week phase, the focus shifted towards developing a comprehensive marketing strategy. Working closely with the founder, the team collaborated extensively to transform their marketing concept, "The Surf Eye tournament", into reality. Throughout both phases, the team actively contributed to the growth and success of Surf Eye.
First Aid
During this phase the team assisted the founder in solving minor challenges and in evaluating different marketing channels for the startup.
Pre-Tournament
In this phase the team chose to pursue one specific project. They started to plan the „Surf Eye Tournament“ and promoted it through several marketing channels.
(Post-) Tournament
The tournament was successfully executed, analyzed as well as all learnings and best practices in a final report summarized which was handed over to the founder.
