Devising strategies for rapid customer acquisition to scale the business and concurrently developing effective methods for acquiring additional listings on the marketplace to meet growing demand.
SheerME is revolutionising the way consumers connect with wellness businesses, providing a seamless and rewarding experience for users and merchants. This is driven by a wallet ecosystem that incorporates cashback and benefits with every booking.

The project comprised three phases, with a team of five members contributing
collaboratively. Together with sheerME, they examined available user data, conducted interviews, and surveys to understand why individuals downloaded the app without completing a booking. Following a comprehensive analysis, recommendations were developed to accelerate customer acquisition and facilitate business scaling.
Data Collection
Reviewing available user data and conducting phone interviews along
with an online survey to understand the state of the art.
Data analysis
Examining the results of the interviews and surveys and drawing conclusions
Recommendations & Reporting
Developing recommendations based on the conclusions drawn and summarising all three phases in a report.
