The project was conducted by a group of five students. It was divided into four major phases that took place over a total period of 10 weeks. These phases included defining product tenets, creating a long list of product ideas, shortlisting the product ideas based on an evaluation matrix, and finally deep-dive on the shortlisted projects including creating product one-pagers.
The team worked with the founder and head of product on a weekly basis and met several times in-person.
Define Product Tenents
Come up with a list of product requirements that can be later used to evaluate the long list of product ideas.
Create Product Long list
Use different sources of ideas (market, competitors, …) to create a longlist of future product ideas.
Create Product Shortlist
Use the product tenets to evaluate the longlist by evaluating each idea in a scoring matrix.
Product Deep-Dive
Deep-dive on the three shortlisted product ideas including competitor analysis, creation of user flow in figma and creation of product one-pagers.
