Deliver a recommendation for a pricing strategy for the two products Liisa offers, platform access and API requests.
Liisa is a portuguese tech startup working in NFT analytics. Through an AI-powered platform, Liisa empowers NFT investors to make use of data to guide their investment decisions, improving the speed and efficacy of their research and due diligence processes.

The team had 5 members that were divided into 2 smaller teams, each one focused on a specific task. The students worked closely with the founder, having bi-weekly meetings at their offices to present the work developed during the week.
Firstly, the team assessed the most effective strategies for pricing Software as a Service (SaaS) and determined a suitable pricing model for API requests. Secondly, they analyzed and quantified how much (both existing and potential) customers were willing to pay. A close examination of competitive pricing strategies followed . In the end, the team delivered a pricing strategy proposal, a detailed competition benchmarking, conducted a user survey and analysed the respective results.
