The project was divided into three main phases over a scope of 8 weeks. Following an initial assessment of Liisa's strategic challenges, we interviewed other successful startups to understand their strategy processes and best practices. Subsequently, combining insights from these interviews with a literature review, we identified the most suitable frameworks for Liisa. In the end, we were able to implement our recommendations with the entire team in two final workshops.
