We value every application and take each one into consideration. The selection depends on the business idea and the challenge / scope and whether we think that these fit and are solvable for the Student Consultants. In the end, the decision is made jointly by the Heads of Acceleration. 

The recruiting of students as well as the allocation to projects is based on their background, previous experience and interest. Both is done internally by the Heads of Acceleration. 

Projects usually last between 8-10 weeks and start with a joint kickoff and end with a final presentation with the founder. Since team members study full-time and face demanding midterm and final exams, the project's workload must be aligned accordingly.

The kickoff serves as the initial point of contact between the team and the startup, aimed at fostering alignment and defining working methods. Subsequently, regular exchanges during the project, both within the team and with the startup, further promote collaboration and maintain alignment throughout the duration of the work.
