What information do we collect?
The add-on Magic Digital Badges collects no data whatsoever from the users of the add-on. Not so Magic Apps has no access to any of your Google Sheets that you implement the add-on to. The add-on will process your data from your Google Sheets and Google Drive however at no point is this information saved or removed from your Google Sheets/Drive. The only data that is processed as part of the add-on functionality is the Name and Email Address of the students, BadgeIDs, names and the Google Drive folders created but again at no point is this information saved or transferred out of your Google Sheets.
Under no circumstances do we share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data. No retention of your Google data takes place and is not stored when you are not using the add on.
Magic Digital Badges use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We collect information from you when you report a problem via our Google Form. This is the only time any data is collected or recorded.

We also collect name and email address if you choose to purchase one of our add-on packages. This information is only collected to send confirmation emails and renewal notices. To improve our Add-on (we continually strive to improve our add-on offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

To send renewal notices for paid add-ons.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever.
